To be honest, I'm already tired of hearing whining about earning money in the countryside. People intermittently talk about the fundamental unprofitability of agriculture, cite Western countries as an example (in which they have never been, and even more so, they have not been farming). When I dreamed of moving to the village, they dissuaded me in a hundred mouths, because there is nothing but drunkenness and theft ...
Unfortunately or fortunately, my life develops in such a way that instead of moving to a village, I had to take root even more in the city, I will not delve into the reasons, but I will say that I still cherish the thought of the hinterland, and I am still approaching by small steps towards your goal.
In order not to be unfounded, and afraid to seem like another omniscient loser who teaches everyone to live, I will tell you a little about myself (however, without specifics and details, forgive me, I have good reasons). At the moment, I am actively trying to promote my enterprise for the production of metal structures in a large city. I have a ned of rich parents, cool friends and "daddies" (in my case, "mothers"), in short - patrons. I have never stolen (I tell the truth), I have not scammed or tried to get money in any other illegal, vile way. And in fact, to be completely honest, when I started this business I could not have foreseen such an ass. And if I had seen the future, I would hardly have dared, but today I have invested all those small funds that I have earned honestly, and I have no way back - I will simply lose "everything that I have acquired by overwork."
My field of activity is competitive, the market is saturated with similar offers (76 organizations with a similar field of activity per city of 2 million inhabitants). Moreover, our target audience is very narrow - several thousand potential customers in the entire region. The situation is aggravated by the fact that, with all our quality and low cost of products, there are organizations on the market that have been working for decades, to which, naturally, the fattest fish go.
I will no longer bore you with the description of economic quirks, but I will return, in fact, to the topic. And I want to do it in the style of comparing urban and rural conditions, requirements for goods, etc.
First of all, it is worth making a reservation that the comparison is conditional, because, for example, our product will never (really never) be in demand in rural areas, because we produce things, albeit utilitarian, but related to luxury. And the goods that are in demand in the villages will never take root in the city, for example, the construction of log cabins for cottages cannot be compared with log cabins for baths, and the craftsmen there, one might say, are of different profiles.
The most logical production for the countryside is food. I do not think that anyone will argue with me here. Moreover, the production of a full cycle, while in the city there can only be the processing of raw materials, or generally just packing and packaging. So let's analyze the whole question using food as an example.
In the city (whether you run a cannery, pack cereals or own a catering establishment) you will all have complaints: firefighters, power plants, labor protection, veterinarians and other endless services that will turn everything inside out and without serious acquaintances this issue cannot even be resolved with bribes will be. In the countryside, except in cases of semi-industrial and industrial production, i.e. farming, when it comes to really business and big money, and not a family business, no one will ever come to you with a check. You sell 3 dozen eggs a week, 10 liters of milk a day, 3 bags of potatoes….no one will ask you for a declaration of income, no one will demand taxes from you. As long as the monthly turnover is less than 100 thousand rubles (not profit, namely assets), all possible troubles will come from the swelling local population, and not from the authorities. Well, of course, if you do not be an idiot and do not poach a fish or an animal, then they will be presented with quite reasonable ones. This is the first advantage. In addition, it is worth noting that our authorities treat the countryside as an appendage, they do not expect anything from it, they don’t want to invest anything there, and they prefer not to remember it again. This is a very big plus in this case.
Next is competition. In a more or less large city, this question is just an abscess that oozes trouble every day. Take any field of activity, any product and you will have a lot of competitors of all stripes. Do you want to make furniture? There are already 3 stores selling furniture for oligarchs, 10 stores for wealthy people, 150 stores for the middle class and low-income citizens (well, half of these figures are production). The market is stable, lowering prices is only dumping, working at a loss in order to gain a client base, another option to stand out is the miracle of marketing, costing hell of money, who thinks that marketing - submitting ads to 3 newspapers - is grossly mistaken. Car repair? A super-saturated market, there is nothing to lure customers with, just luck. Building and finishing materials? Super saturated market. Services of almost any kind from sexual to transportation - the market is oversaturated. Who is in the villages? Is there any competition in anything? Very rarely where, usually everything is missing.
Start-up capital is one of the most common reasons supposedly standing in the way of happiness. You guys, I don't even want to discuss this. I have a handicraft industry, where I and another person work: the starting capital is almost 400 thousand (tools, rent of the first months of the premises, the necessary materials). And we have a very small enterprise on the scale of the city. Here, for 100 thousand, you can only put a paid toilet cubicle with your grandmother. In the village, everything you need is a penny.
Sales market. Another funny question. Of course, people who once tried to sell vegetables or something like that, quite legitimately tell me their "phi". I don't want to offend anyone, forgive me if it works out, but these people are just fools. This is the same as chopping down a tree by hand, chopping it into blocks, stripping it off with a hand plane and waiting for someone to buy it when there is a sawmill nearby with a capacity of 1000 times more, respectively, with a lower cost. Any potatoes, cabbage, etc. people can buy for a ruble from a car near their entrance; private households can never compete in this. You will not persuade any summer resident to buy vegetables, simply because they have to be transported far, but there are exactly the same ones, but closer, and even out of season. And you can grovel, explaining that this cucumber is grown with love, and the store is a tasteless hydroponic disgrace .. almost everyone does not give a shit. I may tell you a secret, but most people now smoke, and it is difficult for them to distinguish notes of taste. I do not smoke, drink, etc. and I really love the cuisine of southern peoples, because there are spices, it is fragrant, while all Russian cuisine is simply divine, but only from the Russian oven and from real products.
For example, milk: everyone knows perfectly well that it is being bred, it becomes less fatty, less tasty, etc. But many people ruined their stomach and intestines with their rhythm of life, it is difficult for them to eat fatty foods. I really love real milk, which you don't drink, but eat, but I rarely have the mood to taste it, and it’s difficult to hire it, and again, if you take a lot, it will go bad for the whole week.
You just have to think with your head when you do something. First of all, from the point of view of the client.
Kids. This is a separate issue. It's just that this is a separate topic, I want to touch on it for illustrative purposes. Do you want to instill in children hard work and responsibility? How to do it in the city? Explain to the edge that dad works all day for the good of the family, and a new iPhone is a luxury for us? Yes, damn you that when you explain to a child, it's very difficult, not everyone is able to perceive. Somewhere to attach it to work? Where to? Should I drag the boy to the workshop with the iron, where are the sparks from welding, noise, sharp corners and heavy pieces of iron? No help, the damage is huge. Get a job? But what about study, and who will take the child even as a loader. And housework can be simple, accessible to a child, and it is very much needed, and most importantly, it can be seen better than in an apartment.
As always: a slender line of my thoughts got confused in the presentation, and it turned out vermicelli with snails. But this is all theory. I want to share a little practice with you.
First, a couple of tips that may seem obvious, but don't get angry, for others this may be a revelation. It is worth saying that these provisions were derived from our own experience and a small survey of acquaintances with different education, wealth, social status, etc. And it will be interesting only to those who will really do it in life.
1. Never, NEVER sell a bad product. Even if you have already promised a person, for example, 40 fresh cucumbers for the next week's arrival, but you could not grow them, however, there are several stale or other defective cucumbers in stock, which at first glance will be indistinguishable. NEVER. It is better to explain to the person that, they say, it did not work out, let him down, sorry. You will have a very narrow circle of buyers, undermine trust once and he most likely will never return, and may dissuade acquaintances. Even in the supply of materials worth millions, there are failures and this is all resolved amicably, corrected in the future. But if a person gave his hard-earned money, and received a marriage, there will be no way to improve.
2. Don't be too expensive, please. The biggest problem is overpriced. When a manufacturer looks at a store and thinks that he needs to keep a similar price. The store has a dozen intermediaries between the manufacturer and the buyer. Calculate the costs, all this will most likely have to be calculated experimentally, on your own trials and mistakes. Consider all expenses directly or indirectly affecting the product, make a 10-20% mark-up (profit), and make a 10% mark-up for an error in calculations. I am sure that this price will be 20-30% lower than the store price, and maybe even more. You don't need a yacht and a Chelsea crew, do you? A small profit is enough to survive, but the sales market will be guaranteed. If the price turns out to be much less, then there is a chance to scare away the client, but there is a way out, for example, to give the product a try, evaluate it, for free, and explain honestly that the price is such, because I am not greedy, and I like to please people.
3. Production planning is everything. Nobody can teach this. If you yourself cannot call your wife, children, maybe someone has talent, do not disdain the help of your family.
And now, as I promised, a couple of almost finished projects, take it and use it.
I only ask for one thing. If suddenly, someone will copy-paste, upload somewhere, I do not care about copyright, no need to make links to the original text and all that, but please cut out this part. I would really not want dubious persons from mountainous countries who have already penetrated our cities and regions to use my idea for personal enrichment. With any Russian people, in general with any adequate ones, who work on their own land, in their homeland, for their own good, and not for enrichment, I will share with pleasure, I will be very glad if you help.

Will pomegranate peels help get rid of worms
Have you been trying to get rid of PARASITES for many years?
Head of the Institute: “You will be amazed how easy it is to get rid of parasites by taking every day ...
Pomegranate peels from worms are classified as traditional medicine treatments, which are very effective in combating various types of parasites. The danger of infection with worms, or scientifically helminths, can lie in wait for us anywhere. Through unwashed hands, insufficiently processed fruits, vegetables or meat, helminth eggs can enter the body.
Strong immunity will not be able to protect you from this scourge in any way. Therefore, personal hygiene should be strictly observed, as well as be very careful in the processing of food. But if it so happened that your body was struck by helminths, then you can get rid of the worms using traditional medicine proven for centuries.
Symptoms of helminth infection
Worms are of different types and can be localized in different parts of the body. They can be conditionally classified as follows:
- Tissue helminths that affect the tissues of the human body and live in the subcutaneous fat.
- Luminal parasites are worms found in the intestines or other internal organs of a person (liver, lungs, kidneys).
Helminths cause colossal harm to the human body, undermining its health from the inside for a long time. Often, the patient simply does not pay attention to the symptoms, attributing, for example, regular headache or dizziness to overwork or migraine. Allergies, severe abdominal pain, chronic indigestion - this is an incomplete list of symptoms that may indicate the presence of parasites in the body.
You need to be very attentive to the signals that the body gives you, and not delay the examination by specialists. Diagnosis of helminthiasis involves a comprehensive study of feces, blood, bile, muscle tissue for the presence of parasite eggs.
Treatment should also be prescribed by a doctor. Many modern experts do not neglect the proven recipes of traditional medicine, for example, offering to be treated with pomegranate peels.
What are the hidden benefits of pomegranate peels and how to prepare a decoction?
Pomegranate is one of the few fruits in which everything is useful, from juice and seeds to crusts and inter-grain septa. Pomegranate juice is saturated with all kinds of vitamins of various groups (the presence of vitamins C, P, B6 in this southern fruit is especially important). All parts of pomegranate contain a lot of antioxidants. The pomegranate peel hides tannins and plant pigments - polyphenols, which help in the treatment of intestinal disorders, and in addition, the so-called alkaloids (peltierin, isopeltierin and methylisopeltierin), which are the most effective means in the fight against worms.
The recipe for making a remedy for worms from a pomegranate peel is quite simple. For broth and infusions, both dried and fresh pomegranate peels are used. They are removed from the white part and crushed in an amount of 40-50 grams, infused in 400 ml of cold water for 5-6 hours, after which they are boiled over low heat until half of the liquid evaporates. The resulting broth must be filtered and drunk on an empty stomach for an hour in small portions. An hour later, you need to drink a laxative so that the dead parasites leave the body.
After 4-5 hours, it is necessary to do an enema, since helminths, leaving the body, leave behind decay products.
Pomegranate peel treatment rules
In addition, there are a number of serious contraindications. In no case should you resort to pomegranate peel treatment if you have:
- Pregnancy.
- Acute fever.
- Menstruation.
- The presence of chronic constipation, anal fissures, hemorrhoids, hepatitis and acute nephritis.
This list contains not all cases when you should not use pomegranate as a treatment. The most complete picture of the course of the disease and its features can only be indicated by a specialist, who will also help you choose the optimal method of treatment.
Can it hurt?
The pomegranate peel cannot cause much harm. However, there are some restrictions on its use. It is better to refuse the use of pomegranate peels for people suffering from allergies, as well as kidney and liver diseases. You also need to be careful of those people who suffer from constipation. In a lower dosage, you need to prepare products for pregnant and lactating mothers.
If all dosages are followed, no side effects will appear.
It is worth remembering that pomegranate peels contain 5% alkaloids - toxic organic substances that tend to accumulate in the body, causing nausea, dizziness, weakness, convulsions, and decreased vision.
Useful properties of pomegranate
There are a lot of vitamins, minerals and trace elements in pomegranate fruits. For example, these are vitamins of group B, P, C. The fruit contains potassium, magnesium, iron, which helps to restore blood composition and improve heart function. Calcium is good for bones.Glucose and fructose give sweetness to the fruit, and acids - citric, oxalic, tartaric and others - give a special sour taste.
Pomegranate juice can not only quench your thirst, but also improve your health. This fruit and its juice are recommended for children to drink to improve memory and physical condition. Juice is also useful during pregnancy. Women at this time almost always suffer from low hemoglobin, and pomegranate contributes to the production of red blood cells and the normalization of blood composition.
The pomegranate fruit is a good remedy for strengthening the immune system. It is called a biological stimulant that can restore strength after surgery. It strengthens the walls of blood vessels, improves the functioning of the cardiovascular system, and promotes hematopoiesis.
Even ancient healers noticed the beneficial properties of pomegranate. For example, if you infuse flowers and pomegranate fruits, you can stop the bleeding.
Chemical composition
In the composition of pomegranate juice, 15 natural amino acids are found that are vital for humans. If we compare with the composition of meat, then it does not contain even half of these amino acids. Vegetarians can successfully replace a portion of a meat dish with a glass of pomegranate juice, and their health will only benefit from this.
Pomegranate juice is recommended by modern doctors and nutritionists. This product helps to normalize blood pressure, improve the functioning of not only the heart and blood vessels, but also the lungs, kidneys, and liver.
Pomegranate juice is very useful for the female body. Heavy menstruation, pregnancy, menopause - all this leads to poor health, mood swings. Pomegranate is simply irreplaceable in all these situations. Its estrogens help fight depression and also ease the course of menopause.
Natural pomegranate juice is a natural defense against cancer. It helps restore health after chemotherapy. And if you use it regularly as a prophylaxis, then the risk of catching oncology will be minimal. Therefore, people working in hazardous conditions (with radioactive and X-rays) must constantly drink pomegranate juice.
It is recommended to drink pomegranate juice for atherosclerosis and headaches. It helps to cleanse blood vessels, improve blood supply, and therefore reduce pain. Its regular use for hypertension helps to achieve a permanent reduction in blood pressure.
Many people buy lemon for colds, and after all, pomegranate is great to cope with seasonal diseases. It is not only a good antipyretic agent, but also an excellent anti-inflammatory. With diluted juice, you can cure a sore throat if you regularly gargle it with it. You can use a decoction of pomegranate peels for rinsing; plant flowers are also suitable for this purpose.
Peltierin, isopeltierin and methylisopeltierin help get rid of tapeworms. There is no such combination of alkaloids in any other product, therefore, the treatment of helminthiasis with pomegranate crusts is very effective.
Harvesting and storage of the peel of the fruit
To use pomegranate for colds or other diseases, it is important to properly prepare and dry medicinal raw materials. To do this, you need to be guided by some rules and tips.
How to choose and dry correctly
To prepare the peel, you need to take a ripe fruit with a healthy skin and rinse it thoroughly. Next, you should get rid of the shell, but not damage its integrity. The characteristic white plant tissue on the inside is removed with a knife. The raw materials are laid out on a napkin in a thin layer and covered with gauze. It should be allowed to dry at room temperature for 1 week. Then the crust is placed in a glass or paper container and covered with a tight lid.
The shelf life of raw materials depends on a variety of factors and is about 1 year. Further, it cannot be used for medicinal purposes.
Quality products will have a burgundy or dark shade. The presence of age spots is not a defect, but fruit with a light shell or large brown spots is prohibited.
If a pomegranate rind is harvested, its beneficial properties will be fully preserved only if the drying rules are followed. Today, different methods of drying raw materials are used:
- Electric dryer.
- Oven.
- Drying in the sun, on a windowsill or over a hob, where heat is constantly present.
To dry an ingredient in the oven, follow these instructions:
- Prepare ripe and quality fruit, rinse with water and remove the rind.
- Preheat the oven to 60 ° C.
- Place the crusty baking sheet in the oven for 1-2 hours. Periodically, the peel can be stirred so as not to dry it out.
This method is particularly simple and fast.
To dry the crust in an electric dryer, it is necessary to thoroughly wash it and clean it from loose components and seeds, and then lay it out on the grill of the device. The temperature setting is 50 ° C. In order for the heating to be uniform and fast, it is necessary to periodically change the grates in places. Thoroughly dried crust produces a crunch when exposed to it and crumbles easily.
Since ancient times, people have dried pomegranate peels in the sun. Today, housewives do this on a loggia or balcony, placing trays with prepared raw materials under the sun's rays. The container should be covered with light gauze and mixed periodically. The drying process takes 5-6 days.
The technology is especially effective in the summer, when it is hot and sunny outside. In damp and cold weather conditions, the trays are brought into the house to help protect them from mold and mildew growth.
On a windowsill located in the southern side of the room, the peel is dried for 5-8 days. To speed up the process, you can open the vents, provided that it is warm outside and the sun is shining.
In winter, rapid drying is facilitated by the heating battery, which is located by the window and provides warmth.
If you want to dry the raw materials over the oven, you must adhere to the following instructions:
- The peel is pre-peeled from pulp and grains, washed and placed on a baking sheet or other suitable container.
- The structure is transferred to a warm surface and the exhaust system (if any) is started. Constant air circulation and heat will speed up the drying process.
Pieces or powder
Traditional healers use pomegranate peel in the form of finely chopped pieces or crushed powder. The special properties of the peel are manifested in both variants, when properly brewed and taken.
products with pomegranate peels are used for cosmetic purposes for skin and hair care
Pomegranate peel recipes for parasites
Pomegranate crusts from worms can be prepared in various ways, the most important thing is to properly prepare their base - the crusts themselves. By the way, they can be prepared for future use, they are successfully stored for a long time in a closed container that does not allow air to pass through.
The recipe for their preparation will be as follows:
1. Thoroughly wash the ripe fruit and remove all moisture from it with paper towels (it is better to give preference to medium-sized pomegranates).
2. Cut off the upper part of the peel with a knife, trying not to grab a lot of the white subcrustal part, since it is in the upper layer that the highest concentration of trace elements necessary for treatment accumulates.
3. Chop the cut peel and put to dry in a well-ventilated place for about 7 days; It is recommended to cover the raw materials with gauze to protect them from impurities or place them in a glass jar with a tightly screwed lid. Periodically, the crusts need to be stirred or shaken in a container to dry them evenly.
INFUSION.Treatment of tape parasites in traditional medicine is carried out with the help of potent medicines, however, adherents of alternative treatment are sure that an infusion of pomegranate peels is a recipe for these helminths no less effective. This remedy, after entering the digestive tract, where parasites live, neutralizes and destroys them, due to its composition, and contributes to their subsequent evacuation.
To prepare the infusion, you need to take 50 grams of dry pomegranate peels and 400 ml of water. Soak the crusts in water for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. Then the agent should be put on the stove, brought to a boil and slowly cooked until half of the total amount is evaporated. The remaining ready-made infusion must be filtered and consumed in full within one hour. It is advisable to do this on an empty stomach.
After drinking the infusion, it is necessary to refrain from taking any food and liquid for 3 hours, and then drink a laxative or put a cleansing enema, since there is a risk of the poisonous effect of decomposing parasites on the human body. Also, for many people, the taste of pomegranate peel products seems unpleasant. If using the drug is uncomfortable, it is allowed to sweeten it with a little honey.
Broth. To prepare it, you need to remove the peel from one ripe fruit and brew it fresh with a glass of boiling water. Put the product on the stove, bring to a boil again and simmer, without reducing the heat, for 5 minutes. Leave the broth for half an hour, then strain it and drink it in parts for an hour and a half (you should not do it in one gulp right away).
It is not recommended to eat and drink for 4 hours, then to do an enema or take a laxative.
TEA. Pomegranate peel tea has also proven to be an antihelminthic agent that can be used by both children and adults. It is not difficult to make it. To make tea, add a small amount of cumin, mint, ginger root and green tea to the dried pomegranate rind. All ingredients are placed in a cup and poured over with boiling water.
If desired, the tea can be sweetened with a little honey. This tea can be drunk 3 times a day instead of regular tea, until the symptoms of helminthic infestation disappear.
TINCTURE. A glass of wine is poured into an enamel bowl and placed in a water bath, bringing to a boil. After the alcohol begins to boil, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of pomegranate peel and leave the product in a water bath for another 20 minutes. The finished tincture is cooled and taken during the day in 4 doses.
While taking the listed funds, the development of such undesirable phenomena as general weakness, dizziness, reversible visual impairment and convulsive syndrome is possible. To avoid this, you should not prepare and take a decoction assuming that the more ingredients and the drug itself, the better the effect. Also, to reduce the likelihood of side effects, it is recommended to drink a decoction of oak bark, which contains a large amount of tannins, plant substances that reduce the absorption of unsafe peltierin into the bloodstream, before taking a decoction of pomegranate peels.
We observe oral hygiene
Many toothpastes that can fight odor include pomegranate peel extract. This medicine can be prepared at home. To do this, you need to take pomegranate peel powder, dilute with water and rinse your mouth twice a day.

You need to fill it with 400 milliliters of water, let it brew for 5-6 hours in a cool dark place. After the expiration of time, the agent is boiled over low heat until half of the liquid has evaporated.
The resulting broth is filtered and taken on an empty stomach for 1 hour in small portions. After taking this remedy, it is highly recommended to drink a laxative to cleanse the dead parasites. Repeat the treatment after 10 days.
After 4–5 hours from the procedure, make an enema so that the helminths that have died in the human body do not leave behind their decay products.

It is recommended to abandon this remedy if there is constipation or a tendency to them, kidney disease, anal fissures, allergies, especially during an exacerbation.

Harvesting pomegranate peels
You can use pomegranate crusts both fresh and dried, their intensity will not decrease from this. Therefore, they are harvested for future use.
To do this, you need to take a fresh ripe pomegranate, wash it thoroughly and wipe it with a towel. Then the crusts are cut into small pieces and dried naturally for a week. In this case, it is advisable to sometimes mix the raw materials and cover with gauze so that dust particles and bacteria do not enter. Pure pomegranate juice is rich in organic acids. In order not to destroy the tooth enamel, dilute the juice with water or rinse your teeth thoroughly after drinking the drink.

During pregnancy, breastfeeding of the baby, it is recommended to consult a doctor before drinking pomegranate tea. For children under one year old, pomegranates are contraindicated in any form.
How to prepare the peel
To get an effective and useful tool, you need to properly prepare the raw materials. It is better to do this in the fall, since it is at this time of the year that fresh and ripe pomegranates appear on the shelves.
For such purposes, heavy fruits of medium size are more suitable, without cracks, spots and dents, with a uniform color. The rind of red berries should be thin and tough, without any damage.
Preparation instructions:
- Thoroughly wash and dry the pomegranate, separate the peel from the grains and white films.
- Place the skin in a dark and dry place, spread it in an even layer on the sheet and cover with clean gauze. Care must be taken to ensure that the crusts do not become wet, as this can lead to rotting.
- To speed up the process, you can use a special device for drying fruits, choosing the correct temperature regime (30-40 degrees). This method will save more nutrients.
- Dry raw materials can be crushed into powder, so it will be easier to use. To do this, the crusts are ground in a kitchen mill, blender or coffee grinder. You can also use a mortar and pestle.
Diarrhea treatment
The health benefits of pomegranate peels are heavily embellished in the media and specialist literature. For example, some sources say that due to its powerful antimicrobial effect, this agent can destroy any infection in the gastrointestinal tract. The authors of the articles recommend treating diarrhea with crusts without considering the causes of its appearance.
But diarrhea is only a symptom, not a disease. She has many reasons for appearing. This means that the treatment should be carried out only after the diagnosis has been established. First you need to find out the cause of diarrhea, and then eliminate it in order to remove all the symptoms. Although intestinal infections are the most common cause of diarrhea, they are not the only one.
Moreover, if diarrhea is still caused by microorganisms, then pomegranate skins cannot be treated. They, of course, possess antimicrobial activity, but not so pronounced as to expect a quick and complete recovery. Even antibiotics cannot cope with infections in one day. What then can we say about pomegranate peels? But, according to fans of traditional medicine, they allow you to cure:
It is not only a cure. It is believed that these diseases, from which whole cities died out in due time, under the antimicrobial powerful effect of pomegranate peels pass in just a few hours. No modern antibacterial drug has a similar effect. Most likely, this is fiction. Of course, pomegranate can have a fixing effect, but it is not able to instantly destroy the pathogenic flora of the intestine.
Precautions
When using pomegranate peel, you must adhere to the recommended dosages and proven recipes. Excessive consumption of dry raw materials can cause:
- dizziness and weakness;
- increased pressure and cramps;
- temporary blurred vision, nausea and diarrhea.
If alarming symptoms appear, you must immediately stop using pomegranate peel.
Attention! It is strictly forbidden to combine drinks based on crusts with the use of antihistamines or alcohol - this will be harmful.
History of pomegranate tea
Pomegranate is considered a very valuable fruit in the Middle East, and this is due to many factors. It has a rich supply of useful properties. In the countries of the Caucasus and Asia Minor (Azerbaijan, Turkey, Iran, Syria, etc.), the consumption of pomegranates is very high. All parts of the fruit of this plant are used in the manufacture of a healthy and aromatic drink - pomegranate tea.
Turkey has long owned its own tea plantations. For the first time, cultivation began at the end of the nineteenth century, then there were the first attempts that did not end in success. In the twenties of the twentieth century, a bill was passed regulating tea plantations, which were located near the town of Rize on the Black Sea. This place is considered the cradle of Turkish aromatic tea. Events at the turn of the twentieth century have become difficult in the history of the country. Turkish residents abandoned the coffee drink due to its high cost. It was replaced by self-grown tea, which was subsequently diluted with pomegranate juice. The tandem of these ingredients has formed an incredible taste of the drink, which over time has become a national treasure.
Pomegranate is a fruit demanded among oriental people. Taste and usefulness added value and all-encompassing love to him. Pomegranate is used not only in the classical sense, but also becomes the main ingredient in various teas and other healthy drinks. The following parts of the fruit are used: rind, inflorescences, leaves and entrails, cereals.
Pomegranate nectar looks like a hibiscus tea from hibiscus petals, a Sudanese rose. They are similar precisely in their red color and sourish aftertaste. There are no more intersections. Sometimes in oriental bazaars they try to sell whole hibiscus flowers to inexperienced tourists under the guise of pomegranate tea, but these plants have nothing in common. A dried pomegranate flower looks very different.
And what is the use?
Knowing how useful the pomegranate peel is, you can seriously approach the design of the menu with the participation of this product. Methods for using all parts of the berries in cooking have now been developed, and the peel is more suitable for healthy recipes than for gustatory pleasure. This is due to the following qualities:
- the ability to fight inflammation, infections;
- activation of immunity, the development of the body's ability to resist pathogenic microscopic life forms;
- stimulation of the kidneys, due to which the tissues are cleared of toxins faster;
- stool normalization for diarrhea;
- initiation of bile production processes.
